We provide a seamless process to ensure your feet find the comfort they deserve with minimal environmental impact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly packaging and include any provided packing slips to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
